We work as a team; Jeff (Broker/ Owner), Chris (Agent), and Sierra (Real Estate Assistant) work as a real estate unit and are available for any questions you may have and assist in the marketing of your property. If you have questions or you are interested in listing, call the office at 865-436-0444 and ask for Sierra or email jeff@gatlinburghomes.com. Our team expands into other divisions of our company as we also provide additional services such as property management, HOA Management, and storage units. If you have questions about our property management program, contact our property manager/office manager Ruth Brewer. She will answer all your questions and assist you in anything regarding our management division.
If you have questions about our HOA management, please contact Ruth or Wanda who manages our current HOAs on the program. If you are interested in seeing if there is storage unit availability, please contact Alexa or Keisha at 865-436-0444.
2. We are very accessible. We are available via contact with cell phones, email, and a 24-hour-a-day answering service for our office line. Even 3:00AM if need be, though we greatly prefer you contact us during conventional office hours.
3. We use state-of-the-art technology to effectively market your property including high definition Matterport tours and drone photography. And we hold memberships with the Sevier County Multiple Listing Service Board and the Knoxville Association of Realtors, so your property gets full exposure.
4. If we don’t feel like we can sell your property at your price, we will not accept the listing. (No really, we turn down several listings every month!)
